Clean Oxide

Chlorine dioxide is a well-known disinfectant for drinking water with many advantages over chlorination. Today there are estimated to be over 900 public water systems using chlorine dioxide for water disinfection world-wide.

CleanOxide is a method of generating chlorine dioxide free from undesirable by-products as and when required by mixing two precursor solutions.

  • The only by-products of CleanOxide are very small amounts of sodium sulphate (Na2SO4) and sodium chloride (NaCl) substances commonly found in water.
